Before Your Trip
- Transfer Price: The price is per vehicle, not per person. For groups of 5 or more passengers, an additional fee of $15 per person applies, as a larger vehicle is required for comfort and safety.
- Included Luggage: Each passenger may bring 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Please let us know if you have extra or bulky luggage so we can assign the right vehicle.
- Sporting Equipment: We transport surfboards, bicycles, and other sports gear. Provide measurements and quantity—additional fees may apply depending on size or amount.
- Child Seats: Available upon request. Please specify ages and seat type when booking.
During the Transfer
- Driver Identification: Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name, and you’ll receive their contact details by message or email before your trip.
- Language: Most of our drivers speak basic or intermediate English.
- Flight Delays: We monitor flights, so don’t worry—your driver will wait at no extra charge for reasonable delays.
- Late-Night Transfers: Service available 24/7 (advance booking recommended).
- Short Stops: Quick stops (for restrooms or small purchases) are possible upon request.
💳 Payments, Changes & Cancellations
- Payment Methods: We accept cash (colones or dollars) and card payments.
- Changes or Cancellations: You can modify or cancel your booking more than 24 hours in advance without penalty. A small fee may apply for shorter notice.

- Lost Items: If you forget something in the vehicle, contact us right away and we’ll help recover it.
