1. GENERAL INFORMATION

At MARINSA TRAVEL, we are committed to providing safe, comfortable, and high-quality tourist transportation services throughout Costa Rica. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions that govern our services.

2. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

  • Reservations must be made in advance through our official communication channels: WhatsApp, email, or our website.
  • We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, credit or debit cards (with an additional 13% fee), and Payment link.
  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

3.CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

  • You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure without penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
  • In the event of weather conditions, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, the trip may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. INCLUDED SERVICES

To ensure a pleasant travel experience, each trip includes the following complimentary amenities:
  • Cold Water: To help you stay hydrated throughout the journey.
  • Wi-Fi Connection: To stay connected at all times.
  • Air Conditioning: To maintain a comfortable environment during your trip.
  • Scheduled or on-request stops: For rest breaks and restroom use, according to passengers’ needs.

5. PASSENGER RESPONSABILITIES

  • Passengers must provide accurate information when booking, including details about luggage or additional items.
  • Please arrive at the pickup location on time to avoid delays.
  • MARINSA TRAVEL is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal belongings during the trip.

5.3 PAYMENT METHODS
For your convenience, Marinsa Travel makes the payment process safe and easy. You can choose to pay by credit card,debit car or through any of the available electronic methods. All transactions are processed digitally, and electronic invoices are issued as proof of payment.
